Spotted on Bruin Walk

Recently I've been really excited about attending UCLA.  Actually, well no.  I lied.  I've always been excited--ever since I was a little girl, really.  True to my creeper personality, I've been living vicariously through blogs and tumblrs and websites targeted for Bruins.

Today I came across this website called "Spotted on Bruin Walk," and it is the most hilarious thing ever.

Essentially, it's a website that allows Bruins to shout out to that attractive girl/guy they bumped into or have been crushing on since their first lecture together.  But sometimes, it's used for other purposes: like asking for a pen back or asking questions about cheating.  It also allows you to comment on each shoutout.  The posts and comments may be crude, but some of them are so hilarious.  I've included some of them just because this site has entertained me the whole day.

"has anyone been caught cheating? [...] I have an appointment with the dean [...] I want to know what happens. 

Yea...you are f*cked.
I hope you were premed.
One less to deal with."

It's unfortunate that this Bruin has been cheating, but as a fellow premed hopeful myself, the response was gold.  Haha, and while other schools are notorious for bunnies or other forms of wildlife, it seems UCLA is rife with "squirrels with turrets."

"To the girls who got scared when the psycho squirrel ran out of the bushes and ran/twitched across our path...don't worry, I'm a guy and it scared me too."

And bike tire stealing seems to be a sport here?

"To the owner of the lonely bike tire outside of De Neve; I'm assuming your bike got stolen, since just your tire is locked to the bike rack outside De Neve.  That sucks.  My front wheel got jacked a while ago too, and since my bike's parked right next to your tire, can i have your wheel?  It be nice to have a functioning bike again without having to shell out for a new wheel."

I love this.  I'm sure you don't have to go to UCLA to laugh at this stuff.  Check this site out!  You won't regret it
